Some of her Birthday highlights are:
  • Breakfast Cinnamon Rolls
    • A scavenger hunt with Jenna & Bailey
    • Presents
  • Lunch with Grandma Walker
  • Oreo Cake
  • Friends
  • 14 really hard birthday spankin's (you thought he forgot!)
  • "Avatar" Movie night
  • Sleep over

8th Grade Graduation & Bon Fire

We have the whole 8th grade over for an end of the year bonfire. We had piggy bag races and they played "red rover". It was fun!

Shae is officially a "freshman"! She received these certificates:
  • Team project award
  • Participation in softball
  • Participation in track
  • Participation in volleyball
  • Participation in basketball
  • Award for being her 8th grade student body President

Way to go Shae, we are proud of you and love you!

Soccer Spring 2010 & "The Race"

If you asked Shae what her favorite sport was, she would say, "soccer"! She is really excited to play on the girls High School team this fall.

Mariah likes to tease Justin that she could beat him in a foot race. If you tell Justin that you think you can beat him at a foot race you better be ready to run! They waited till the game was over and after making a little bet they were off!

They were real close until right at the end and Justin won!

Madison's May

Wow! May has been a crazy month! Madison had her first flute recital. She sure has done a really good job especially since she started half-year.

Madison & Julia got a 2nd place ribbon on her Science Fair Project.

Her Hip-Hop class recital was so cute! She really has a talent for dancing and hope she sticks with it!

What has Kelton been up to?

Kelton has honestly been up to the same ol'. He either is making us laugh or scream! He is learning to talk better and he has some pretty funny things to say! The girls have taught him the "kissy face" and the peace sign so anytime you take his pictures he says, "peace!" He still loves to steal our keys and loose them. Frank at Woodland gives him spare keys everytime we go in there. I find them everywhere...in my car, around the house, and in the washer and dryer. He wants to be and do everything that "Enie" does. He thinks he is the same age as Easton so he thinks he's to big for a nap but somedays he just tuckers out!
Kelton still hates the nursery and tries to escape a few times every Sunday. He is growing up fast. I see him changing everyday and he is figuring out the world around him.

Shae's First Talk

Shae was asked to talk in Sacrament Meeting on dating. Yes, on dating! She almost made becoming a Mia Maid before she had to speak! She gladly accepted and quickly prepared her talk! She is such an example to me!

This is one of those pictures that makes me tear up. I'm not quite sure where 14 years have gone. I woke up and she was all grown up! After signing her up for Seminary a couple weeks ago, I realized that she will be gone in 4 years!
I don't care how old you get, you will always be my Shaebear!

Madison's Movie Night

Easton & Cobie made these masks so when they crashed Madison's movie night they wouldn't get caught! It didn't work. Easton and Cobie waited until it was late and they quietly tipped toed out to the fort. They unplugged the extension cord that runs from the fort to the house so that the house would loose ALL electricity. I had 4 screaming girls running into the house! When they finally figured out what had happened they all let Easton have it!
